On behalf of PS47 Ltd, International Real Estate Advisor Savills, along with joint agent Barker Storey Matthews, have let office space on Mallard Road, Bretton Way in Peterborough to Marmalade.
Marmalade, which specialises in providing cars and insurance for young drivers, has agreed to a new five-year lease on the three storey office building, which totals 9,812 sq ft (911 sq m). The building which was formerly occupied by Fujifilm, is to be renamed ‘Marmalade House’.
The move to larger premises follows a period of significant growth for Marmalade, which has heavily invested in staff, products, processes and systems over the past 18 months. During the financial year 2013 to 2014, the business increased profit by 80%. In the following year, profit increased again by more than 100%.
